-Where do you fit into this market?
-Have you done the correct market research?
-Have you patent protected your product(Include proof)?
-Have you any sales or orders to date(Include proof)?
-Who’s in your team?
-Have they got what it takes to make your business a success?
-Have they had previous success(include proof)?
-What are their roles in your company?
-What deal are you offering investors?
-What return can they(Investors) expect on their Investment?
-Do you have an exit strategy?
Investors expect high returns for their Investment.They may wish to take an active role in your company(some do not) and will most likely want shares in return for their investment.(This is not always the case.)
